RV Age Requirement: RVs must be 15 years old or newer.

Utilities Included: Monthly rent covers electricity, water, and sewage connections.

Wi-Fi: Park Wi-Fi is available, but we recommend using a personal hotspot during peak hours for better connectivity.

Amenities: Includes access to all park facilities, including the gym.

Parking: Free parking for 2 vehicles per site. Additional vehicles are $30/month.

Pets: If you have pets, please provide photos of all pets.

Background Check: Applicants may be required to complete a background investigation.

The arrangement is structured around a month-to-month residency. In the event of entering into a month-to-month rental agreement, concluding the agreement is contingent upon the issuing party providing a 30-day written notice of their intention to terminate.

The decision to renew on a monthly basis rests with the discretion of the management at Queens Road RV Park. Applicants may be obligated to undergo a comprehensive background investigation.

*Application must be fully completed in order to be considered for acceptance. There is a $25 fee to apply that we will collect before processing.

Number of People Staying in RV (4 max) *Age and condition restrictions do apply. All RV's and Vehicles coming into the park must be fifteen (15) years old or younger. All RV's and Vehicles older than fifteen (15) years are subject to park management inspection and approval prior to acceptance for move-in. Please include 4 color pictures taken from (1) front right, (2) front left, (3) rear right, (4) left.

Number of Pets (2 max)State Law and/or Park Rules require that pets be under the physical control of the owner at all times. Pets are not to be left unattended in the Park. Pets must be kept on an attended leash when outside your unit. For liability reasons, the following dog breeds categorized as “aggressive” are restricted from Queens Road RV park: Akita, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, American Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Alaskan Malamute, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Serbian Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolfdogs or Wolf Hybrids, and any mixture that includes these breeds or any pet that shows aggressive behavior. Additional pet restrictions may apply. Please see RV Park Rules for details.

‍Pets are welcome at Queens Road RV Park. Two beautiful dog parks are available for tenant pets. You are required to watch your pet here and monitor your pet at all times. Leashes are required.

Our pool is open from 10 AM until dusk, Tuesday through Sunday, during the regular season. It’s closed every Monday for a good deep cleaning to keep everything nice and safe.

During the winter months, the pool is closed completely.

The pool’s open to all registered guests. Since there’s no lifeguard on duty, we just ask that everyone swims safely and looks out for each other.

‍Our laundry facilities are the largest and best maintained in the area. With over 20 washers and dryers you never have to wait. A bill changer is provided along with complimentary laundry carts and additional seating. Internet and high-definition TVs are available for entertainment while doing your laundry, too.

Yes! If you are planning to stay longer than 10 nights, you will need to complete an application (no fee). Once approved, you may stay weekly at $300 per week, monthly at $725 per month for a covered site, or $675 per month for an uncovered site.
